Thank you to everyone who attended our Moms Night Out at Barre3 Flagstaff!
To kick off the night we welcomed everyone into the beautiful Barre3 studio space and started with a 1-hour workout. Moms enjoyed a custom class created and led by Studio Owner, Rebekah Kaufman. Barre3 is built around a signature 3-step exercise sequence: hold, move small and move big. “Barre3 is for everyone. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Our signature approach to teaching gives clients a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn—without pain in areas of the body prone to injury.” – Barre3.
Following the class, everyone enjoyed a refreshing meal provided by Wildflower Bread Company and Pita Jungle. Menu favorites included the Hummus Trio with Pita Bread and the Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil from Pita Jungle. The Turkey with Brie Sandwiches and Wildflower Salad from Wildflower Bread Company were major crowd pleasers. Desserts included a Gourmet Cookie Tray from Wildflower and Walnut Baklawa Rolls from Pita Jungle. Three flavors of La Croix water were provided by Whole Foods.
There was a chair massage station hosted by Unlocked Massage and several Moms told us that Josh is the real deal and they loved their time in the chair! Brianne M. was the lucky winner of a 1-hour massage courtesy of Unlocked Massage. Caitlin S. won a gift certificate for a facial at the fabulous Flagstaff Face & Body! Renee G. received a bottle of wine from Majestic Marketplace. Congratulations to all of our winners and huge thanks to the local business that participated in the raffle!
At the end of the night, each Mom left with a bag full of SWAG. Special thanks to the many wonderful businesses that provided products and services! Bag and $10 Gift card from Whole Foods. Fruigees, Bug Soother and KIND Snacks all provided products. Flagstaff Face & Body and Unlocked Massage each included an exclusive discount coupon for our attendees.
We loved meeting you all, and we’re excited to bring more events like this to Flagstaff Moms! We’re so thankful to Barre3 for hosting us and to Rebekah Kaufman for teaching an amazing class. So much appreciation for all of the business that partnered with us to bring this awesome event to life.
