Moms Day Out with Barre3: Event Recap

0

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Moms Day Out with Barre3!

This was our second event with Barre3, and we were so excited to work with studio owner Rebekah Kaufman again. She created a custom 60-minute class featuring hearth thumping moves, deep stretches, and fantastic music. Something we love so much about Barre3 is the deep mind and body connection that’s highlighted during the workout. Rebekah is uniquely gifted in helping to guide clients through a workout where she encourages you to be kind to yourself and also tap into positive self-talk. Those 60 minutes of self-care spent in the Barre3 studio are a true investment in yourself. We’re so happy we got to bring 28 moms into that space for an afternoon focused on them!

Following the workout, attendees enjoyed a Poke Bowl Bar sponsored by AhiPoke Flagstaff and Juice Tastings from Local Juicery. With beverages provided by Katherine Kilgrow of Color Street. Everything was so delicious and perfectly nourishing. We are so thankful to each of these local Flagstaff businesses for partnering with us.

Raffles were provided by Grimaldi’s Pizzeria and Tinkergarten Flagstaff. Two wonderful Flagstaff businesses that our attendees were thrilled to win gift cards from.

Unlocked Massage provided chair massages for attendees. If you haven’t contacted Josh to book a full massage – you need to. He’s fantastic.

Attendees went home with a cute fabric hair tie from Flagstaff Moms Blog and some nail strip samples from Katherine Kilgrow.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the afternoon. We have more events on the horizon and we hope to see you at the next one! Special thanks to Barre3 for partnering with us to host Moms Day Out.  Thank you to AhiPoke, Local Juicery, Unlocked Massage, Katherine Kilgrow, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, and Tinkergarten for your support.
