Family: I have a wonderful husband, two fun boys and a funny hound dog mix.
Job: I am a family and newborn photographer here in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ.
What brought you to Flagstaff: My college roommate (from the University of Richmond) and I decided to ‘go west’ after we graduated. We both got jobs river guiding up in Page, AZ. We needed winter jobs so we headed to Flagstaff for the winter and I am so glad we did!
Early Bird or Night Owl: Early Bird since I can remember!
Hobbies: photography, hiking, travel and hanging out with friends ![](https://flagstaff.momcollective.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Woodards-Moab-2017-1-e1501102352813.jpg)

Something you are looking forward to: Going to the beach in NC later this summer!
Favorite Thing to do in Flagstaff with/without kids: Be outside and explore all of the beauty in our town.
Best Mom Hack: Meditate! It makes me a happier and much more easy going mom/person.
The greatest challenge you’ve faced: losing my mom to breast cancer
Something you love about yourself: I love helping others and love seeing people shine.
Favorite thing about being a Mom: Watching them grow into themselves is really an amazing thing to see.
I met Katie when we both were guides for float trips from Glen Canyon Dam to Lee’s Ferry. That was in 1997 or 1998 I think.
The one thing I always picture when I think of her is her smile. She has one of the brightest smiles of anyone I’ve ever met.
Thank you friend! That was such a fun time in life 🙂
